These terms govern your use of SmokerCalc.com at smokercalc.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

SmokerCalc.com publishes free cooking calculators, reference charts and researched guidance about smoking meat and about barbecue equipment. It is an information site. It is not a retailer, it does not process orders, and it does not provide professional culinary, food-safety, medical, dietary or legal advice.

2. Accuracy, and what you must verify yourself

We take accuracy seriously and we still make mistakes. Cook times, temperatures, yields, quantities and prices are researched estimates published in good faith and offered without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Equipment, weather, humidity and the individual cut all change a real result substantially.

You are responsible for the food you cook and serve. Verify doneness with a calibrated instant-read thermometer, follow current USDA safe minimum internal temperatures, observe the 40°F to 140°F danger zone and the 4 hour rule, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for your own cooker, which always govern. 3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting;
• scrape, crawl or harvest content at a rate that degrades service for other visitors;
• republish substantial portions of the content as your own, in any medium, including as training data presented as original work;
• introduce malware, or use automated tools to submit the contact form.

4. Intellectual property

All original text, tables, calculators, code, layout and graphics on this site are the property of SmokerCalc.com and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the page quoted.

Product names, brands, logos and product photographs belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification and editorial purposes. Their use does not imply any endorsement of this site by those owners.

5. Affiliate links
